We have established our branch in Dubai in June 2023 and we are the first Bangladeshi firm there. We believe we can continue our smooth delivery of services in both countries thriving with economic activities.

The journey of Accfintax started in June 2017.

AHMED HUMAYUN MURSHED ACA

(Partner and CEO)

Ahmed H. Murshed is a driving force behind Accfintax’s growth, with expertise in finance, automation, and software solutions. A graduate of London Metropolitan University and a qualified Chartered Accountant, he has worked with top business houses in London and at Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co., a firm linked to two Big 4 networks.

He has led teams across assurance, taxation, valuation, and automation. Under his leadership, Accfintax has expanded to Bangladesh, UAE, UK, and Canada. He is also active in CNBL, Kurmitola Golf Club, Founders Community Club, DCCI, and Gulshan Society.

MEZARUL MUSRUFE

(Partner and COO)

He has finished his graduation from East West University and completed CA (Part). He worked for GMG Group as a Manager (Accounts & Tax). He has extensive experience in tax, VAT and other statutory matters and working independently for various local high value clients for a long time.

FAISAL MAHMUD SAJEEB FCA

(Partner and CFO)

Faisal Mahmud Sajeeb is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and have vast experience in corporate finance, project management and business restructuring. He is also engaged in several projects with different local and international companies. He has done his BBA and MBA from North South University. He is also a member of Club NotreDamians Bangladesh Limited (CNBL) and also a sports enthusiast.

DIPU AHMED

(Project Manager)

Dipu Ahmed is a finance professional with expertise in business planning, financial modeling, and ERP implementation. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Finance. Since joining Accfintax in June 2018, he has developed business models for various industries, including RMG, FMCG, software, retail and e-commerce. He has also successfully implemented Odoo accounting software for multiple companies, enhancing their financial operations. In January 2024, he joined Accfintax’s Dubai office, where he continues to provide strategic consultancy and business solutions across diverse sectors.

BÉRENGÈRE ROUX

(Senior Business Analyst)

At Accfintax, Bérengère Roux focuses on digital transformation and business process optimization, helping clients integrate technology-driven solutions for sustainable growth. She has been a Digital Transformation Consultant since 2015, working with startups, B2B, and B2C companies worldwide. Her expertise includes CX strategy, CRM implementation, E-commerce, and digital marketing. She has held key roles such as Digital Product Director and E-commerce Manager, specializing in UI/UX, lead optimization, and online conversion strategies. With experience in Italy, Canada, UAE, and France, she brings a global perspective on digital innovation and business sustainability.

TANJIN AHSAN

(Tech Lead and Solution Architect)

With 15+ years in financial technology and telecommunications, Tanjin specializes in full-stack development, UI/UX design, and mobile/web app development. He has led major projects in telco services, cloud solutions, and robotic process automation. Led high-impact projects such as Telenor’s GBE Cloud service, MyGP & GPay apps (80M+ users). Expertise in financial tech, including MFS integration, customer e-KYC, and HRIS. Proven track record in cost optimization, reducing infrastructure costs by 50% at BD Finance. At PwC, he improved operational efficiency by 40% and reduced costs by 30% for financial institutions. Tanjin’s leadership and technical expertise continue to shape the future of digital solutions.
